How do I backup what spam bully has learned or copy the settings to another computer?

Your data files are contained in a special location and are separate for each user on your computer.  These files remain intact between reinstalls of spam bully. The Application data directory is a hidden directory in windows, so in order to see it open up windows explorer by double clicking the "my computer" icon.  Go to "Tools" menu > Folder Options > View Tab.  Then click on show hidden files and folders.

Outlook:

In windows 2000 or XP for Outlook; go to
C:\Documents and Settings\[your
username]\Application Data\Axaware\Spam Bully2
for Outlook\

In windows 98 or ME for Outlook;
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Axaware\Spam Bully2
for Outlook\

Outlook Express:

In windows 2000 or XP for Outlook Express:
go to C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Axaware\Spam Bully2 for OE\

In windows 98 or ME for Outlook Express:
Go to: C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Axaware\Spam Bully2 for OE\

You can just make a copy of the entire directory and copy it to the same location on another computer or to another user.

Some basic info about some of the files in this directory:

log.xml - holds your statistics info.

friends.dat - friends list

spammers.dat - spammers list

spam.dic - holds your bayesian dictionary.

webspam.dic - holds your webpage bayesian dictionary.

sentconfirmation.dat - holds info about who was sent challenge emails.

temp.dic - temporary copy of your bayesian dictionary in case your original becomes corrupted.

RBLIPCache.dat - holds some cached results for ip's previous looked up in RBL lists.

config.dat - holds information about various settings and check boxes and allow block lists etc from your configure menu.

(NOTE: You can also copy files between outlook and outlook express with the exception of the config.dat file.  This file is not the same between outlook and outlook express versions.  So if you want to copy your data files from outlook to outlook express you can do this with all of the files except the config.dat.  You will need to reset things in your configure menu once you have transferred your files between versions.)
