I removed the Spam Bully menu from the toolbar. How do I get it back?

In Outlook go to Tools > Options and Click on the Spam Bully tab and check the Spam Bully option.

 

In Outlook Express go to Tools > Spam Bully Options and check the Spam Bully option.
