Please see http://www.spambully.com/features.php . Each new item has a new or improved icon to denote any changes. Take a look at the screenshots on this page as well.
Also you can download the two week trial and test it for yourself. If you decide it isn't right for you just uninstall version 2 and reinstall version 1 and all of your old version settings will be preserved.
