1. See what version of Spam Bully you have.

See if your version # is the latest version by visiting this link http://www.spambully.com/download.php and comparing your version # to what is available. If you do not already have the most recent version, close Outlook or Outlook Express. Uninstall Spam Bully from the Add/Remove program files in your computers Control Panel. Then download and reinstall Spam Bully from the link mentioned above.

Step 3: Make sure you have installed the latest service packs and updates for
Windows. See "Start > Windows Updates" to install the latest patches and updates for Windows.
