First, make sure your specific question has not been specifically addressed in the Troubleshooting section of Help.

If not, 90% of the time any problem can be solved by performing a complete uninstall and reinstall of SpamBully. When reinstalling make sure you install the latest version since your bug may have been corrected in the newest version.
NOTE: Please make sure you have all of your computer programs closed when uninstalling and reinstalling.
In Outlook:
1. 1. Close Outlook. Go to your windows control panel > select add or remove programs. Find spambully 4 in the list. Make sure Spambully For Outlook and Spambully Training Data files are both checked and click uninstall.

2. Shutdown and restart.
3. Then download the latest version from http://www.spambully.com/download.php and install SpamBully.
Please make sure Outlook is closed while you do this.
In Outlook Express:
1. 1. Close Outlook Express. Go to your windows control panel > select add or remove programs. Find spambully 4 in the list. Make sure Spambully For Outlook and Spambully Training Data files are both checked and click uninstall.

2. Shutdown and restart.
3. Then download the latest version from http://www.spambully.com/download.php and install SpamBully.
Please make sure Outlook Express is closed while you do this.
